We understand that even the best efficiency and EBCX projects will never go forward if they are not tailored to meet the needs and concerns of our customers. Our work must be carefully documented, detailed and yet easily understood by both technical and non-technical decision makers. Measures must be built on transparency, collaboration, and buy-in from stakeholders.

Our customers have acknowledged that we have earned a reputation for professionalism in building strong, long-term relationships with our clients. We are often selected for assignments because our senior staff have the ability to handle complex technical systems as well as provide leadership at the proper level including the customer’s top management.

Key aspects of our success include:

- Assigning project managers who are proven leaders and effective communicators,
- Carefully listening to each client’s unique needs and concerns with the goal of developing projects that are workable, practical, and cost-efficient,
- Re-communicating back to the client what we heard as their directives so that we are sure that we are on the same page,
- Strong technical assessment & clear documentation of analysis and recommendations,
- Transparent and collaborative approach with Owner and stakeholders to get buy-in,
- Systematic approach to investigation, measure development and Owner involvement,
- Investigations based in hands on field derived data-metering, BAS trend data, controls programming, testing/adjusting/balancing readings,
- Understanding and accounting for current and future building use and deferred maintenance & Capital expenditures plans when developing EBCx measures,
- Polished presentation skills with the goal of motivating clients to support and implement our recommendations,
- Top level management personal interaction with our clients to make sure our services and relationships are successful,
- Development of clear and specific proposals which include a list of information needed to complete our work; calculation methodologies; deliverables and project schedules,
- Detailed well organized reports with sufficient documentation of calculations, data, assumptions, and detailed opinions of probable construction costs,
- Being well prepared to deliver, in person, a summary of the findings to our customers,
- Being responsive to any clarifications or revisions requested.

Let's get it done right.
