Our clients choose the design-build project delivery path when they want single-source responsibility and/or do not have the resources available to manage the contracts and installation contractors. If we provide full design-build services on a project we hire the installing contractors, manage the project schedule, procurement of equipment and services., start up and commissioning, train, warranties, and provide record documentation needed to meet the project. We are familiar with Ch 149, Ch 25a, and Green Community procurement policies and laws. If our client wants to manage the procurement of equipment and services, we can act as the owner of project representative services during the construction.
